Absolutely "No Smoking" inside the room . Smoking inside will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $250.00 ; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Occupancy based on 2 people; additional $10.00 per person. Any misuse or damages will be the sole responsibility of the Guest.
Any unauthorized "guest or pet" will result in a $30.00 extra fee. There is a service charge (resort fee) of $5 per room, per night.
A special request may incur a $25.00 fee.Please respect your neighbor's privacy and solitude, just as you would like it. This way all our guest can have a relaxing visit.

Cancellation Policy
Seaside Inn Morro Bay is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least and 3 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. If you made a reservation within 3 days of arrival your reservation is considered non refundable.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
By Booking Online you have received our best rates. Online Web rates cannot be combined with any other offers (discounts) or specials. Invalid or declined credit cards will lead to a false reservation and will be canceled, unless guest has contacted the Inn for arrangements.
Pets Policy
Pets allowed on ground floor. Must request pet room. Pets cannot be left in room unattended. All pets have a $25.00 Pet fee per night. (Limit 2 pets)
